Curtin University Key Scholarships deadlines 2026

• Opens: Wed 23 Jul 2025. 

• JCSP close: Wed 10 Sep 2025 (applications opened 3 Jun 2025). 

• All other future-students closes: Mon 24 Nov 2025. 

• Interview window: Tue–Fri 9–12 Dec 2025 (industry/future-student rounds).

• Outcomes: Late Dec 2025 (after main round offers).

Current students & HDR timelines

• Current students: Semester-1 rounds usually open in January and close in March; Semester-2 rounds open in June and close in August. 

How to apply for a Curtin Scholarship (step-by-step)

1. Find your scholarship(s): Use Curtin’s scholarship finder and note each listing’s open/close dates.

2. Check eligibility early: citizenship, course/major, ATAR/WAM or equity criteria are listed per scholarship. 

3. Prepare documents: personal statement, references, any evidence for merit/equity; follow the listing’s “Application guidelines.” 

4. Submit online before the deadline. Shortlisted applicants are contacted for December interviews where relevant. 

5. Watch for outcomes in late December and follow the acceptance instructions in your offer. 

JCSP extras (common pitfalls)

• Nominator form is required (by a professional educator) and must be attached to your online application.

• Keep Curtin as your first TISC preference by the JCSP closing date; offers rely on valid TISC preferences. 

• Acceptance: successful applicants return documents by mid-January 2026.

1) John Curtin Global Excellence Scholarship (UG + Master by coursework)

• Value: 40% off tuition for the duration of the course, credited each study period.
